We stayed at Villa Zobi for a week, and it was one of the most comfortable and pleasant weeks of my life. The Villa is beautifully appointed and decorated, and everything that we wanted to see in Tuscany was a short distance away.
I loved the Villa, and hope to stay there again sometime in the future.

We stayed at Villa S. Andrea in the B&B for the end of our honeymoon in Tuscany, and it was our favorite place to stay! Martina was so nice and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations (Trattoria Da Bule!!!!), and Niccolo gave us a great tour and tasting. The room was very comfortable with amazing views, and the breakfast was delicious. Wonderful location in Chianti, with easy access to Greve, San Casciano, Florence & Siena. We've been raving about our stay to anyone who will listen, and when we go back to Italy we will definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a three week tour of Italy and had the pleasure of staying at Villa Sant' Andrea. It was a fabulous experience. The villa is easy to find and perfect in every way while being situated in one of the most breathtaking areas of Italy. Our room was beautifully decorated with ancient wooden doors and shutters and a 300 year old hand carved wooden armoire completed the charm. Antiques fill the entire B&B. The public areas are inviting and the dining room is everything you would expect with a massive old fireplace, dark hand carved furniture and buffets, delightful place settings, and typical European fare for breakfast. The villa is peaceful and quiet with stunning views in every direction.
It is very easy to visit many villages in Tuscany from this location. I did lunch in Greve while my husband went on a horseback riding tour that included lunch and wine tasting at a nearby castle. Close by is San Gimigiano where we had dinner and I bought an inordinate amount of Italian pottery. We ate several times at Da Bule, a local trattoria run by a friendly family who knows how to have a good time. Siena and Florence are just merely 20-25 minutes in opposite directions so the Villa offers access to all the best Tuscany has to offer. The back country roads are delightful.
We did the wine tasting tour at the villa which was fabulous and learned a tremendous amount of history from Francesco, an eighty year old gentleman who has lived at the Villa his whole life. There is a picture of him hanging on the wall in the wine cellar that dates back to when he was 15 years old and working in the vineyard. He has an amazing story to tell. It was wonderful listening to Martina translate from Italia into English his memories that are as clear as the Tuscan sky on a crisp September morning.
The staff is friendly, helpful and our stop in Fabbrica turned out to be my favorite of our entire trip. I am enchanted with Villa Sant' Andrea. We will visit again and hopefully bring our whole family with us. Tuscany captured my heart in a way I wasn't expecting and the Villa was no small part of that.

We have spent both a winter vacation and summer vacation here and we have loved every minute of it. The pool and grill area and the huge lawn were so well kept and perfect for the children. The apartments were spotless and very comfortable and the girls in the reception always ready to help with anything. Interesting places all around to visit and small restaurants with fantastic food and wine! Highly recommended!!
