About Villa Sant' Andrea
The Villa S. Andrea farm extends over 1300 acres of Chianti Classico territory in Tuscany, central Italy. At the heart of the farm is the ancient hamlet of Fabbrica. The main Villa, the church of S. Andrea, the bed and breakfast accommodation, the wine cellars and the oil press are all located in Fabbrica.
All over the farm, at a height of 360 m above sea level, the slopes with the best exposure to the sun have been given over to the cultivation of vines. The farm also has 160 hectares of olives, while cereals are cultivated in the valleys and the flat lands and are irrigated with water from two large reservoirs.
The farm produces Chianti Classico wines, IGT wines, extra-virgin olive oil, Grappa and Vin Santo.
Villa S. Andrea is part of the "Fabbrica-Santa Cristina" hunting reserve. For lovers of hiking and cycling, the surrounding territory presents numerous itineraries in splendid, unspoilt landscape.
The farm offers accommodation in either Bed & Breakfast rooms in the hamlet itself, in apartments in one of the two farmhouses immersed in the countryside, or in a private villa . |

Check In: from 3pm until 6pm, otherwise by prior arrangement with the reception staff
Check Out: by 10.30 a.m.
Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the cost of the room. Other guests are welcome to take breakfast at a cost of €7 per per per day. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the main building between 8,30 and 10 a.m.
Children: cot or baby bed supplied free of charge for children under 12 years of age.
Animals: animals are welcome in the self-catering apartments
